We believe in full transparency during the construction process which is why our team sends regular email updates on our progress. We also encourage on-site meetings with clients to ensure all questions are answered and there is no misunderstanding. 

Our company’s directors are involved in  each project, we are committed to limiting the number of projects we do  each year so that we can complete them to our high standards, and give our clients the peace-of-mind that we will deliver great results. 

This is difficult to answer without knowing your project. In our experience, there is no universal answer to this question as each client has different requirements. We treat each job with the individual attention it deserves during the initiation consultation to ensure we're providing an accurate quote and timeline which is unique to the project. Realistic quotes, timelines and customer satisfaction is a core principle at GAE Construction.  

We prepare your personalised quote using three steps.

• Stage 1: involves visiting the site and meeting with the client/architect. We will run through our company’s questionnaire to determine project suitability for all involved parties at this meeting.
• Stage 2: occurs if stage one has been completed and agreed by all parties. A Bill of Quantities (BOQ) will be drafted for the project along with submission of a ROI (Request of Information) regarding any discrepancies in  the drawings or to highlight and answer any questions we may have.
• Stage 3: is the submission of the formal proposal  for the project which includes a timeline and quote. We will then give the client a time frame to review tenders from other organisations before supporting them with their decision.

We commit to our quotation for 3 months. If you require a longer price guarantee, please speak to us.
